Cyber World War I has already started and Washington has missed it

The world's countries and their infrastructure is under attack by everyone from Russia, to China, To North Korea, and even the U.S.

It's time the government woke up to the fact that this is a full scale war.

Just because no shots are fired doesn't mean that people aren't being endangered or even killed in attacks against hospitals, mail systems, electrical grids, and even water systems.
